My great friend and neighbor was an "oily mama" and used EOs for everything under the sun. Besides the fact that she smelled amazeballs all of the time, she was really taking things into her own hands and cared about everything that was going into and on their bodies. I rubbed the oil right on my daughter's chest and she slept through the first time in two weeks.
